There are two formal venues in which you can show your mixed
breed dog. The first is the United Kennel Club (UKC). You must be registered
with the UKC to show at their events. The second is the Australian Shepherd Club
of America (ASCA) shows. You must be registered with ASCA to earn an ASCA title.
These are the 2 preferred ways for members to earn obedience titles, as they are
held at actual trials. However, an AMBOR member may choose to earn an AMBOR
obedience title by using score sheets at qualifying fun matches held by local
training clubs provided certain criteria is met. We are currently discussing the AMBOR
versatility titling program. At the moment we offer titles for AKC titles
earned at fun matches and certification tests. Check back for updates on the program. AMBOR Obedience Rankings of UKC Obedience Trials
AMBOR will track UKC obedience points for rankings that cover the
calendar year and are based on a points-earned system. AMBOR Obedience Rankings of APDT Rally Trials
AMBOR will track APDT rally points for rankings that cover the
calendar year and are based on a points-earned system. |
