Debra Lazaro

Debra
Lazaro is from Staten Island, NY and has been a member of AMBOR since
1994. She was the Northeast Regional Representative of AMBOR from 1998 -
2006 under Bill Wingfields tenure. Her mix Kayla was one of the pioneers
among performance mixed breeds, competing in Obedience and Agility in
such events as the Gaines - Pupperoni Regional Championships, the Canine
World Series, and the first AMBOR Nationals in 2002. Debbie also wrote a
column for the AMBOR Highlights.

Heather Sather

Heather is
from Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota Mixed Breed Club.
Heather (formerly Heather Hamilton) has been an AMBOR member since 1993
and was the Midwest Regional Representative of AMBOR during the entire
Bill Wingfield era. She trains and competes in UKC/ASCA obedience, NADAC/UKC/USDAA/CPE
agility, weight pull, tracking, flyball and Schutzhund. She is currently
training 3 mixed breeds (Copper, Seven and Prozac) and 2 Dutch Shepherds
(Vada and Narc). She started out
with her mixed breed, Sadie. They competed in UKC Premiers, UKC
Top Guns, the World Series, the Gaines Central Regional and the 2002
AMBOR Nationals. She also wrote a quarterly column for the AMBOR Highlights.

Hi, I'm Karl Sather, editor of
Highlights. My beautiful wife, Heather, is one of the AMBOR owners.
Since 1995 I have competed mainly in flyball and agility but have also
dabbled in herding. I have owned purebred dogs and mixed breed dogs and
love them all! By day, I'm a computer programmer and over the years, I
have played bass guitar in a variety of bands. I am happy to serve as
an AMBOR volunteer and enjoy my post as editor.
